PARENT-TEACHER LEAGUE
The St. John's Parent-Teacher League (PTL) has been organized to support the Administration, Faculty, Staff, and the School Board in any way possible to provide for the needs of the students and their classrooms. All families registered at St. John's Christian School and all Faculty are members of the PTL and are expected to attend meetings. Our goal is to promote active involvement in their children's education, to build a sense of community and cooperation, and to raise needed funds.
Funds raised by the PTL are used to sponsor spiritual, educational, and cultural activities for students, parents, and faculty; for equipment, materials, books, and supplies which may help bolster and/or enhance the school budget helping the school to continue it's mission to provide an academic, Christ-centered education in which each child's body, mind and spirit are nurtured.
The PTL meets monthly, usually on the 3rd Wednesday. At times, special meetings are necessary and ample notice will be given. The supporting role of the PTL is extremely important to St. John's.
