$CRIP

    $crip is a very important aspect of our fund raising efforts. You may be wondering what exactly is $crip? It is a term, which means "substitute" for money. $crip is a real and negotiable gift certificate from any of over 100 participating merchants. These certificates are the identical gift certificates normally issued by a participating store. The school purchases these gift certificates from the National Scrip Center at a discounted rate. Parents buy the gift certificates at full face value. They then use the certificates to purchase normal, everyday items, which they would purchase anyway, in those stores. The discount becomes an ongoing source of revenue to our school providing funds for improvements in our school facilities and the building fund for the new school.

                                                $crip is a great way to raise funds for our school without spending any extra cash.

                                                $crip is the same as cash.

                                                $crip may be used to pay some department store bills.

                                                $crip is a great way to budget.

                                                $crip makes a great gift.

                                                $crip may be ordered in the office every Monday for Friday pick-up.

                                                $crip earns the school 3% to 20% of all purchases using $crip.

    In addition to $crip we have Raley's/Bel Air Cards in the office. When registered on line theses cards generate 1% to 3% profit to the school. You can register your Ralph's card in the office, as well. If you use a Safeway card please register on line at eScrip indicating St. John's as your school of choice. You may also register your credit cards on eScrip for our school.
