UNIFORM SWAP

    For those interested in selling items, complete the Uniform Exchange Sale Form. All items must be made by Dennis Uniforms. Be certain to include all information. Return the completed form to St. John's office or e-mail all the information to eroc@surewest.net. The same form should be completed by the seller with the delete column checked to advise what to remove from the website. Prospective buyers should contact seller as indicated (by phone or e-mail). Do not give your clothes to St. John's. This site is only to help parents sell and buy uniforms among each other and for the school to sell donated uniforms.
